Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
- Analyze data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and recommendations.
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
