Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
  • Analyze data and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making and recommendations.
  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
