Senior Lead Business Analyst (10+ Years)

Role Overview: This is a strategic role requiring a veteran who can navigate the complexities of replacing a legacy system. You will ensure that no critical functionality is lost while identifying opportunities for business process improvement.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Strategic Gathering: Lead workshops with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract functional and non-functional requirements.
• Backlog Management: Own the Jira board; translate high-level business goals into actionable Epics and User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Gap Analysis: Perform a deep-dive analysis of the decommissioned system to ensure 100% feature parity or improved alternatives in the new app.
• Change Management: Act as the liaison between the business and engineering teams, managing expectations and documenting process changes.
• Stakeholder Influence: Present progress reports to leadership and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the build meets business intent.
