Senior Business Analyst – Financial Software

We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
to lead end-to-end analysis for high-impact financial software projects. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, product teams, and developers, supporting delivery from discovery through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops
• Define and document business processes and workflows
• Create conceptual data models and support system integrations
• Develop wireframes and prototypes (Figma or similar)
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
• Support change management, training, and go-live activities
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and manage user stories in JIRA/Confluence

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (banking/fintech preferred)
• Strong knowledge of lending, payments, and compliance
• Experience with Agile delivery and process modeling
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Excel; wireframing tools
• Technical knowledge (SQL, Appian, Pega) is a plus
