Job Description

  • Organize meetings and collaborate with product managers to determine product scope, vision, and roadmap.
  • Write user stories, epics, releases as well as their characteristics.
  • Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
  • Communicate, confirm, present requirements/application change requests to product team for work estimation/sizing.
  • Work with stakeholders and product team to prioritize collected requirements under the product backlog.
  • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
