Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ and exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds to work on enterprise implementations and client-facing projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, user stories)
  • Lead functional solutioning for Salesforce CPQ (Products, Pricing, Approvals, Contracts)
  • Work across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud (CPQ mandatory)
  • Support UAT, client workshops, demos, and Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects


Required Skills:

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
