Job Description

Job Purpose :

To lead business requirements analysis for CLOS/MSME processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live.


Principal Accountabilities :

  • Conduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their business requirements.
  • Analyse functional and domain requirements for CLOS/MSME process.
  • Translate business objectives/ policies into clear and actionable requirements.
  • Ensure adoption of standard accelerator to the client. Requirements Gathering & Elicitation
