About the Role
We are looking for a Lead / Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end business requirement analysis for CLOS / MSME lending processes. The role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery from requirement gathering to UAT and Go-Live.
Key Responsibilities:-
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Engage with customers to understand business needs and lending workflows
Analyze functional and domain requirements for CLOS / MSME processes
Translate business policies and objectives into clear, actionable requirements
Ensure adoption of standard accelerators wherever applicable
Documentation
Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, SRS, and User Stories
Create end-to-end process flows, RTM, wireframes, field lists, and mappings
Ensure documentation quality and timely submission across project phases
Solution Design & Validation
Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable and feasible solutions
Participate in solution walkthroughs and stakeholder validations
SIT / UAT & Go-Live
Conduct SIT/UAT with clients and obtain sign-offs
Ensure minimal gap between requirements and delivered functionality
Support Go-Live and post-implementation activities
Stakeholder & Change Management
Liaise with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Delivery, and Technical teams
Manage customer expectations and prevent escalations
Document, analyze, and prioritize change requests and assess impact
Planning & Estimation
Provide accurate effort estimations for requirements and enhancements
Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
Experience: 3–10 Years
Key Skills & Competencies:-
Technical & Domain Skills
Strong knowledge of Corporate / MSME Lending domain
Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS/CLOS)
Understanding of credit policies, eligibility calculations, risk assessment, integrations, compliance, and SOPs
Exposure to UAT, API specifications, data mapping, and system integrations
Professional Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Well-organized, self-driven, and a collaborative team player
Willingness to travel as per project requirements
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in Banking (Corporate/MSME verticals)
Experience in Lending Projects, Product Management, Presales, or Delivery
Exposure to Accelerator-based implementations
