Senior Business Analyst- Perth

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact POS (Point of Sale) team supporting critical in‑store platforms used daily by thousands of team members nationwide. You’ll be working in a small, collaborative agile squad focused on improving the experience for both store teams and customers.

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology — gathering, documenting and communicating requirements, facilitating workshops, and ensuring what’s delivered truly meets business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into user stories and process maps
• Facilitate workshops and help define clear acceptance criteria and delivery scope
• Support development and QA teams with clarifications, analysis and ongoing alignment
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and enhancements throughout delivery
