Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst – SCM will lead end-to-end analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization across Supply Chain and Procurement domains (S2P/P2P). The ideal candidate will bring strong process knowledge in procurement, sourcing, contract management, and supplier operations, with experience in SAP Ariba or ERP procurement modules. Exposure to ServiceNow workflows (ServiceNow SCM or Procurement Operations) is desirable. The role involves solution design, process mapping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive SCM transformation initiatives.
