What you need to do

A Business Analyst’s main duties are as follows: Gather information, write documents, manage requests; organize meetings; research the feasibility/suitability, and being the bridge between requesters and tech team. In details:

● Analyze and clarify internal/ external client’s requirements;

● Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;

● Write software business and use case specification documents; Advise on building

prototype;

● Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.

● Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet client’s expectation;

● Documentation of the system manuals.

● Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.

● Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
