About the team

We are recruiting, Senior Business Analyst – Data to play a key role in shaping the delivery of data solutions across the Group. Working alongside Product Owners, Engineers, and other Analysts, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring every data initiative delivers real value and aligns to the Group's data vision.

The Data team is at the part of OSB Group's transformation journey, enabling our business to make smarter, faster, and more data-driven decisions. We're a collaborative and forward-thinking team focused on developing data products and services that enhance our customer experiences, strengthen operational performance, and support our digital ambitions.

The role can be based from our Wolverhampton or Chatham office and will require occasional travel between all OSB Group locations.
