Position Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing.
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to meet client needs.
- Conduct market research and provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market segments to generate qualified leads.
- Utilize various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking events, for lead generation.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop joint initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure strategic advantage.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of lead generation and deal closures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Analytical mindset to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms; experience with SaaS is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
