Innovexis is looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who is confident in cold calling, lead conversion, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and experienced in selling services/products over calls.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers
  • Pitch Innovexis products/services clearly and confidently
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Follow up with interested prospects via calls & WhatsApp
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Handle objections and close deals professionally
  • Guide junior BDAs and share best sales practices (senior role)
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling / inside sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals over phone
  • Experience in EdTech / IT services / SaaS sales is a plus
  • Comfortable with daily targets and performance metrics
  • Fluent in English + Hindi (regional language is a bonus)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented
