As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with one of our largest clients to ensure retention and revenue increase. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in successful account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet core KPIs around pipeline coverage progression, forecast, meetings, and general activity
- Focus on customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Analyse the client's main KPIs and ensure growth MoM
- Track and reporting of performance metrics
