Job Description

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Distribution / Business Development to lead our growth across markets, partners, and products.



This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong tourism expertise , commercial sharpness, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing travel & e-commerce environment.





&##Define and execute the distribution and business development strategy aligned with company growth

Grow and diversify the travel offering , integrating new inventory providers (hotels, bedbanks, activities, aggregators)

8+ years of experience in Business Development, Distribution, or Strategic Partnerships

~ Fluent English , high proficiency in French (Spanish is a plus!)





✨ Hybrid work model : 3 days at the office, 2 remote (flexible), plus 10 work-from-anywhere days per year (within Europe, ±1h time difference)
