Hey future Weder! We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Distribution / Business Development to lead our growth across markets, partners, and products.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Committee, you will lead a team of 3 people and own the strategy to expand distribution channels, diversify revenue streams, grow our offering, and unlock new markets.

This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong tourism expertise, commercial sharpness, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing travel & e-commerce environment.
