Senior Business Development Manager

Base pay range

A$130,000.00/yr - A$165,000.00/yr

Role responsibilities

  • Engage in new business consultative selling with longer sales cycles, specifically within the enterprise asset‑intensive industries / verticals
  • Win new business & expand within customers based on a land & expand approach
  • Build sales pipeline off your own back and deepen relationships across key mining clients
  • Own a defined list of prequalified target accounts & hunt new business within these
  • Identify and engage site‑level / operational stakeholders (e.g., Maintenance Managers, Superintendents, Planners) and C‑level stakeholders
  • Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery and tailor value propositions to specific pain points
