What you’ll be doing

A senior business development role leading Western Australia for a growing bank with a strong broker-led model. You will drive growth across residential non-conforming and specialist lending, building deep broker and aggregator relationships while strengthening WA market presence. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll provide commercial insight, product expertise, and hands-on support. Suited to a driven, relationship-focused BDM who thrives in an autonomous, performance-led environment.

  • Lead business development across WA for residential non-conforming and specialist lending products
  • Build, onboard, and grow strong relationships with brokers, aggregators, and key referral partners
