Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition activities for PhD assistance services. The person will build strong relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to grow the business and achieve revenue goals
  • Identify new markets, clients (students, researchers, universities), and opportunities
  • Lead, train, and motivate the business development team
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Handle client discussions, proposals, and negotiations
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
