Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager role at Future Talents Consulting Kft. supports international expansion by developing new distributors and integration partners.

You will work in close cooperation with the leadership team and the sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, onboarding, and developing long‑term relationships with distributors and integration partners
  • Independently preparing and supporting market‑entry processes in new regions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with textbook publishers, educational wholesalers, and e‑learning importers
  • Continuously generating leads, building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, and qualifying opportunities
  • Actively representing the company at international conferences, industry events, and professional networking activities
  • Delivering product demonstrations, leading initial negotiations, and educating partners on the solution and its value
  • Supporting the full, end‑to‑end sales process in close collaboration with the Head of Sales
  • Regularly reporting on results, performance, and pipeline status to the leadership team

What we expect from you

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B and/or B2G sales
  • Advantage: experience in EdTech, e‑learning, textbook publishing or distributor networks
  • Strong international network among educational decision‑makers, publishers or distributors
  • Strategic mindset, business maturity and independent decision‑making
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Confident command of English
  • Openness to building international markets and partnerships
