About the job Senior Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Consulting/Expertise on Compensation-related Topics
  • Gather/Analyze/Utilize Compensation-related Data
  • Conduct Reporting/Analysis of Compensation Projects/Data

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Human Resources or Business Management preferred)
  • 3+ years HR experience (Compensation, Payroll, or Employee Relations domains preferred)
  • 3+ years business experience with the ability to design and build moderately complex business/analytical models and the ability to effectively communicate analyses and/or recommendations with stakeholders
  • Proficient with a variety of software, including Microsoft Office programs (Excel proficiency a must)
  • Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills
