We at Coforge are hiring Senior Duck Creek Business Analyst with the following skillset:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, specializing in the general insurance (Property & Casualty) industry.
- Extensive experience with Duck Creek Billing / Policy / Claims (Any One).
- Proficient in producing technical requirements such as BRDs or User Stories, requirements catalogues, and process flows.
- Skilled in interacting with end business users to gather requirements.
- Capable of conducting gap analysis and impact assessments.
- Strong communication skills for establishing rapport with business and technical SME personnel at all levels.
- Excellent documentation skills for creating clear business-level definitions using diagrams and written formats.
- Proficient in process mapping, developing data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and other UML techniques.
- Collaborative team player, supporting other team members in developing Business Analysis skills.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape within the insurance industry.
- Experience in Agile methodologies within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective presence and communication with stakeholders across different levels within client organizations.
Education: BE / B. Tech, BCA, B. SC, MCA, M. BA / Any Graduate Degree.
