Overview
PairSoft is seeking a highly technical, innovative, and self-driven Business Systems Administrator, Sr. (BSA) to own and evolve our internal business applications ecosystem. This position goes beyond traditional system administration — it requires out-of-the-box problem solving, creative technical thinking, and the ability to independently master new tools and platforms with minimal guidance. As the primary administrator of all corporate business applications, the BSA will play a key role in optimizing system performance, ensuring integration across the enterprise stack, and driving process improvements that scale with PairSoft's growth. This role reports directly to the Director of Corporate IT.
