Job Description

IPS, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a global leader in developing innovative solutions for consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Buyer to join our EMEA Team in Birmingham, UK. This position will report directly to the Head of Procurement, UK/EMEA Lead Procurement.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the procurement cycle for assigned packages, including pre-order procurement activities and post-order award management.
• Act as a senior representative of the procurement department to the wider IPS team and ensure IPS’s procurement procedures are adhered to.
• Act as a representative of IPS to clients and serve as the key IPS interface for client procurement on assigned projects.
