What you can expect
- text - 2nd language Strategy – support the Team Lead Procurement Subsurface in developing relevant Procurement category and subcategory strategies, monitor supplier markets, create demand forecasts, analyze spend, assess suppliers, identify and act on opportunities for added value; Sourcing/Contracting - implement activities defined in the relevant category strategies, including agreeing final specifications and setting commercial conditions, define critical performance factors, manage tender processes, evaluation of proposals, conducting final negotiations up to contract award and preparation of standard contract templates for the respective categories that have a high impact to ensure business continuity; Project Procurement Coordinator for larger projects and operations, be part of the project organization, establish project procurement strategy, coordinate between project and procurement organization, support smooth project organization as first point of contact and search solutions for the appearing supply chain relevant project issues, manage non-conformities. Set up a clear and frequent presence of Procurement within operations ,communicate Procurement strategies within Business Unit Germany; Contract Management - execute and manage contracts, ensure contract performance and adherence to contractual conditions, contract variations/amendments; handle disputes and claims; Supplier Relationship Management - manage supplier relationships; monitor supplier performance, support the drive for continuous improvement and/or supplier development, collect supplier feedback, reduce the cost of poor quality and non-productive time (NPT), optimize Procurement processes.
