Required Qualifications

Qualifications (Required and Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in C++ development, with strong hands-on expertise.
• Proficiency with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17) and the STL.
• Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization primitives, and related design patterns.
• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging complex issues in large codebases.
• Familiarity with Linux development environments, build systems (CMake, Make), and toolchains.
• Experience using version control systems (Git) and familiarity with code review workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher (M.Sc./M.Eng./Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with real-time, embedded, or networked systems.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test), TDD practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with profiling tools, static analysis, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and participating in architectural discussions.
• Familiarity with additional languages or technologies relevant to the project (e.g., Python, scripting, or platform-specific SDKs).
• Contributions to open-source C++ projects or relevant certifications are a plus.
