Role Overview:
🔹 Manage and coordinate dine-in orders
🔹 Lead service on the floor with confidence
🔹 Handle guest interactions, feedback & resolutions
🔹 Support the team in delivering consistent hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Prior experience as a Captain / Senior Service role
✔ Strong communication & people skills
✔ Calm, solution-oriented approach with guests
✔ Passion for hospitality and team leadership
