Senior Carer

Please Note: Spire Staffing does not hold a Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence and therefore cannot provide Skilled Worker / Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) visas. We will consider applications from candidates who currently hold a Skilled Worker / CoS visa; however, you must be willing to provide ongoing evidence that you are adhering to the terms of your Sponsorship.

We are looking for experienced Senior Carers to take on temporary shifts in care and nursing home environments. 

Responsibilities:

- Leading and supporting care teams on shift.

- Administering medication (where trained).

- Completing care documentation to CQC standards.

- Supervising HCAs and supporting residents’ holistic care needs.

Requirements:

- Previous Senior Carer or Team Leader experience in care.
