    • The Position


    We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to provide practice leadership and oversee the case management at Samaritan House.


    Samaritan House operates within the Society’s Special Works program and provides 24/7 crisis accommodation and case management for single men aged 18 years and over. The program takes a holistic, person-centred, and trauma-informed approach supporting individuals to make informed and independent decisions. This is achieved through the provision of relevant information and referrals, advocacy, the development of positive and respectful relationships, and the strengthening of life skills to build individual capacity and support sustainable tenancy outcomes.
