SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Conduct design and analysis assignments for complex products, evaluate engineering problems and develop significant criteria to support design concepts and feasibility in the casting area.Program and integrate robots for the new shell line in the casting area to automate tasks such as mold handling, coating, drying, dewaxing and metal pouring.Develop new SLA parts numbers to replace wax patterns, enhancing casting yield and reducing high tooling and labor costs.Assist in developing general engineering procedures and specifications. Provide guidance to Engineering and Production personnel on test requirements, procedures and product specifications.
