Job Description

We are partnered with an leading global insurer, expanding their International division and seeking a Senior Casualty Underwriter to lead a new global Casualty portfolio. This is a hands-on, market-facing role ideal for someone ready to build and grow a class from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:


  • Lead and grow the international Casualty book (General Casualty; no financial lines)

  • Develop broker relationships and open new international channels

  • Underwrite globally (excl. US & Japan) in line with treaty guidelines

  • Represent the company at conferences and international meetings

  • Take ownership of a high-impact portfolio in a lean, entrepreneurial team

  • Experienced Casualty underwriter with a London market background

  • Strong broker network and market relationships
