Senior Category Manager
We are looking for a high-level Senior Category Manager . Capable of reading the market, anticipating competitor moves, identifying consumer trends, and detecting the value levers that move the needle for the business.
An expert who knows that a great strategy is worthless if it isn't executed on the shelf. Someone who can bring down to earth agile concepts into concrete action plans for the sales team and the channel.
Strategic Challenges and Responsibilities
Omnichannel Go to market Design & Operation: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy. You are responsible for the national Promotional Grid, with the authority to validate or adjust commercial tactics based on profitability and ROI.
Expert Portfolio Management (Senior Category Management): Master the P&L of every category. You will constantly analyze the product mix to maximize gross margin and optimize the financial health of the entire inventory.
