Senior Ccm & Cxm Integration Architect - Opentext Exstream

We are looking for a Senior CCM & CXM Integration Architect with strong expertise in OpenText Exstream (SB & CN) to design, integrate and support enterprise-grade customer communication solutions in complex, cloud-based environments. You will play a key role in architecture definition, platform integration and technical guidance, working closely with development, infrastructure and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement CCM/CXM architectures based on OpenText Exstream (StreamServe Business & Cloud Native)
Lead integration architecture in distributed and cloud-native environments
Support deployment and operations in Kubernetes-based platforms
Contribute to multicloud architectures (AWS primarily)
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Ensure platform reliability, performance and scalability
Access and leverage OpenText official documentation and knowledge portals
