Senior CCM & CXM Integration Architect – OpenText Exstream

We are looking for a Senior CCM & CXM Integration Architect with strong expertise in OpenText Exstream (SB & CN) to design, integrate and support enterprise-grade customer communication solutions in complex, cloud-based environments. You will play a key role in architecture definition, platform integration and technical guidance, working closely with development, infrastructure and business teams.
