Senior CGI & Visual Production Designer (AI, Animation & Brand)
Location: Dubai, UAE

ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a senior, in-house CGI and visual production specialist to lead the creation of high-end CGI stills, cinematic animations, and AI-assisted brand visuals across real estate projects, marketing campaigns, and corporate content.
This role goes beyond architectural visualisation. You will produce creative CGI visuals , animated renders , AI-generated intros and outros , and brand-led motion content , while also delivering premium architectural imagery when required.
You will own the end-to-end visual production pipeline , ensuring all outputs meet tier-one UAE luxury and developer standards .
This is a senior role with creative ownership , not an execution-only position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-ASSISTED CONCEPT & VISUAL DEVELOPMENT
Interpret AI-generated concepts and visual references (architecture, brand, creative)
Translate AI outputs into accurate, buildable, production-grade CGI and motion content
Recreate mood, lighting, materials, and spatial intent with realism and consistency
Work tool-agnostic across modern AI image and video platforms
HIGH-END CGI STILLS (PROJECTS & CREATIVE)
Produce 6K–8K photorealistic CGI stills for:
Real estate projects (interiors, exteriors, lifestyle)
Marketing and brand campaigns
Brochures, billboards, websites, investor decks, and press assets
Define and control:
Camera angles and focal logic
Depth of field and composition
Natural, artificial, and cinematic lighting setups
Maintain a consistent, premium visual language across all outputs
CINEMATIC CGI ANIMATION & MOTION
Produce cinematic CGI animations , including:
Brand films
Project reveal and launch teasers
Animated renders
Lifestyle and atmosphere sequences
Design and execute:
Controlled cinematic camera movement
Depth-of-field animation
Day-to-night and lighting/material transitions
Subtle environmental and atmospheric motion
Deliver 4K–8K animation outputs suitable for digital platforms, events, and presentations
AI-DRIVEN VIDEO INTROS, OUTROS & BRAND MOTION
Create AI-assisted intros, outros, and motion assets for:
Brand videos
Project films
Corporate and social content
Develop reusable intro/outro systems aligned with brand identity
Ensure consistency between CGI, AI-generated visuals, and live-action footage
VISUAL STORYTELLING & CAMERA LOGIC
Apply cinematic thinking to all still and motion outputs
Select camera angles and movement based on:
Brand positioning
Emotional impact
Spatial and narrative storytelling
Maintain visual continuity across CGI stills, CGI animation, and marketing video content
POST-PRODUCTION & FINAL DELIVERY
Perform professional post-production and polish:
Colour correction and grading
Material and texture refinement
Lighting, sky, and reflection enhancement
Ensure all deliverables are print-safe, broadcast-ready, platform-optimised, and future-proof
PIPELINE, WORKFLOW & OWNERSHIP
Own the internal CGI and motion pipeline, including:
File structures and naming conventions
Scene organisation and render optimisation
Coordinate closely with:
Marketing and brand teams
External architects, designers, and consultants
Reduce dependency on external CGI, motion, and visualisation studios
REQUIRED TOOLS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
AI & CONCEPT GENERATION
Strong experience with AI-based visual and video generation tools
(e.g. Midjourney, Higgsfield, Kive, Flora, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent)
Ability to translate AI outputs into controlled, high-quality CGI and motion content
3D, RENDERING & MOTION
Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and/or Blender
Strong command of Corona Renderer and/or V-Ray
Unreal Engine 5 (cinematic real-time animation)
After Effects (motion design, intros/outros)
DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro (final video delivery)
POST & MATERIALS
Photoshop (final still polish)
Substance Painter / Designer (preferred)
Asset libraries and PBR workflows
EXPERIENCE & PROFILE
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
6+ years in CGI, architectural visualisation, motion design, or visual production
Proven experience delivering:
High-end CGI stills
Cinematic animations
Brand and campaign visuals
Portfolio demonstrating strong camera judgment, lighting realism, and motion quality
PROFILE
Senior-level visual and creative judgment
Strong ownership and accountability
Comfortable working across architecture, brand, and creative campaigns
Clear understanding of luxury, restraint, and premium visual language
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not a junior 3D artist
Not a render-only operator
Not a basic flythrough animator
Not limited to architectural visuals only
SUCCESS METRICS (FIRST 90 DAYS)
Delivery of a complete AI → still → cinematic animation pipeline in-house
Reduction of outsourced CGI and motion work
Establishment of a consistent visual and motion language
Trusted ownership of visual production standards
