Job Description for Senior Change Analyst: Client is seeking an experienced change specialist to join a growing team providing people change management services. This is a hands-on and varied role providing change management analysis, communications, and training, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to help transition them to the future state. Initially you will be supporting a significant program of work delivering improvements to customer service by retiring legacy systems and providing greater digital accessibility. As the role progresses and depending on the requirements of the project, you may have the opportunity to work on other projects. Your communications and presentation skills must be excellent to succeed in this role.
