Senior Change Management Expert – Pharma, vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.
Your Tasks
Lead design and delivery of change management for priority AI initiatives with structured, people-centred change plans
Co-create change objectives and outcomes for priority AI use cases aligned to organizational expectations
Develop stakeholder engagement plans and coach leaders to communicate AI and Data Strategy case for change
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments with selected teams and document risks and mitigation actions
Design targeted capability-building workshops and provide practical adoption artifacts
Monitor adoption metrics and recommend targeted interventions to drive behaviour change
Your Experience/knowledge
University degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline
