About the Role

The Senior Change Manager will drive and orchestrate the execution of complex change management initiatives across transformation flagship programs resolving significant standardization, simplification and process optimization challenges for Sanofi and impacting large numbers of employees or service users.

This requires communicating and interacting with senior stakeholders, challenging the way we work across various functions and partnering enterprise-wide with COEs, support functions like Digital, P&C, Finance, aligning with GPOs etc.
