Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager (CM3) to lead change management initiatives for the Provincial Digital Referral Program , a major eHealth transformation project in New Brunswick. This program aims to implement a fax-free digital referral system to improve healthcare access, efficiency, and quality of care across the province.

As a key member of the project team, the Senior Change Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training tools, and readiness assessments.
