Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Professional to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Chefs : Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.


• Food Safety : Ensure proper food handling, storage, sanitation practices are followed at all times.


• Collaboration : Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth operations during service.


• : Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes.  


• Mise en Place : Manage station including mise en place clean-up.
