Culinary Director Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all culinary activities, including menu development, staff training, food preparation, budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years' experience as a senior chef or similar role in a restaurant setting is required.
