Job Description

Job Overview A Media & Digital Head will oversee entire media activity happening for the brands campaigns including TV, Digital, Print, Outdoor etc. He will be dealing and interacting with key internal & external stakeholders including media agencies, media partners, Brand/Category Teams to execute the marketing campaigns for Piramal Consumer Healthcare (PCH). The scope includes social and influencer content strategy, development & execution with clear KPI’s & effectiveness. This position also leads some of the Digi-Commerce brands which are E-Com st and has potential to be future bets for the organization.

Key Stakeholders: Internal Sales Team/Brand Marketing, Ecommerce team, R&D,SLT Key Stakeholders: External Media and digital agencies , Advertising & Content agency, Influencer agency
Reporting Structure Reports to VP Marketing

Experience
  • - Years experience required in TV media planning and buying strategy & industry connections
  • Extensive knowledge on Multimedia modelling to get the optimal mix over different mediums (TV, YT, Meta, OTT, Influencer Outreach, Print etc.) to deliver target reach & relevance.
  • Strong thrust on digital with a sense of accountability and responsibility for adding business value via digital initiatives.
  • Strategic input for Annual Planning, Quarterly and monthly campaign planning.
  • Drive Input Output metrics’ analysis rigorously to tweak plans basis learning.
  • Superior communication skills, including the ability to take complex, ambitious topics and create compelling narratives for different audiences including senior stake holder management within Marketing & Agency Network
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
