Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review Received Design Drawings.
identify list of materials.
Describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
Coordination of work
Preparation of architectural and civil specifications.
Review specification documents
Compile specification documents (all trades).
Prepare specification document for submission.
Prepare bill of quantities and method of measurement(if needed)
Review BOQ and compare against specifications.
Support quantity take-off and prepare calculation sheets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
8 to10 years of work experience as a civil engineer.
Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
In-depth understanding of AutoCAD and Revit software.
Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build Quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, Site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering
Living in Khaldeh or nearby suburbs.
