Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to integrate Planning, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Cost Control functions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring that technical execution aligns perfectly with budgetary and scheduling constraints.

Job Overview:

• Integrated Controls: Drive project lifecycles by managing schedules, resource allocation, and daily progress monitoring.
• QS & Financial Management: Lead quantity take-offs, precise costing, budget estimation, and vendor billing.
• Execution & Leadership: Supervise site engineering teams, negotiate with vendors, and ensure all work meets regulatory and safety codes.
• Reporting: Perform variance analysis (Planned vs. Actual) to mitigate risks related to time overruns and cost escalations.
