- Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Proficiency in land use and municipal approvals
- Ability to lead meetings with stakeholders for sizable projects
- Expertise in project submissions and document management
- Experience in mentoring junior staff
- Exceptional communication and technical writing capabilities
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
