Responsibilities

• Develop Site Work Schedules: Create and manage site work schedules, ensuring all environmental and safety requirements are met before project initiation.
• Resource Management & Budgeting: Prepare and track budgets, manage costs, and ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, manage relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project compliance and quality.
• Client Meetings & Problem Resolution: Initiate and participate in meetings with clients to resolve issues, address design changes, and ensure project alignment with client expectations....
