Senior Cladding Designer

A leading specialist façade contractor in North Greenwich is currently looking for a Senior Cladding Designer. Salary : £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Location : Hybrid (North Greenwich Office / Remote / Site Visits) Contract : Full-time, Permanent Duties: Producing cladding construction details, elevations, and fire barrier drawings. Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, primarily within the M25. Conducting site surveys, inspections, and coordinating with commercial/site teams. Preparing material take-offs and technical submissions. Requirements: 3-5 years of specific UK Cladding design experience (Curtain walling-only experience will not be considered). Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Revit/Bluebeam is an advantage). Solid understanding of fire barriers, insulation, fixings, and U-values.
