Permanent Full Time. We are looking for a Senior Claims Analyst (bilingual) .

Are you looking to make a difference? To use your analytical ability to make decisions? As a member of the Living Benefit Claims department, you will be responsible for adjudicating individual disability and critical illness claims with the goal of accepting all payable claims in accordance with the terms of the actual individual policy.

What You Will Do

• Developing the claim file by assessing various factors (medical, finances, occupation) required to assess the disability
• Reviewing all the information when received and arriving at a decision to either accept or deny the claim
• Consulting with the Medical Board, accountant, legal counsel and peers
• Communicating by letter, telephone and email with policyholders, doctors, agents and lawyers for the purpose of requesting information, explaining decisions and defending clai...
