• Ensure operational excellence in the delivery of claims services to clients, providing timely and accurate responses to claims enquiries/matters.
• Collect documents/information for carriers to adjudicate claims assessment; conduct basic checking and investigation for contestable or complicated claims.
• Perform assessment of claims, liaise with carriers, and support claims negotiation and settlement with the objective of fair and expeditious resolution.
• Actively follow up on claims with clients and carriers to ensure prompt, fair, and reasonable settlement from carriers.
