Job Description

We are seeking high-performing, experienced phone sales professionals who consistently convert conversations into results. This role is designed for individuals who already know how to sell — professionals who can control a call, build trust quickly, and close without relying on rigid scripts.

This is not an entry-level position. If you have not successfully sold services over the phone, this role will not be a fit.

The Role

As a Senior Phone Sales Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your ability to combine confidence, empathy, and strategic sales skills will directly impact enrollment outcomes.

You are expected to own the conversation, identify real needs, and guide prospects toward informed decisions — professionally, ethically, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a balanced flow of inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Confidently engage both warm and cold leads
  • Build immediate rapport and credibility with callers
  • Lead conversations through strategic questioning and active listening
  • Pre-qualify prospects and convert qualified leads into enrollments
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with enrollment and intake teams to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, empathy, and authority at all times

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (New York time)
